The awesome RCI ‘Super Duty U2002’ is the new name for the mic stand, formerly known as the Valan Atlas PMS3.

Hailed for their ease of use, aesthetic qualities and quality of construction, the Valan’s were quickly adopted by some of the greatest performers and studios alike.

The Valan Atlas stand was first produced in England, in the late 60’s / early 70’s. Unfortunately the company producing them went out of business and the stands were discontinued by the late 70’s.

Since being discontinued, the original Valan’s have gained a legendary status and are therefore very much sought after and very, very rare!

US based company RCI, has reproduced these remarkable stands to the highest of standards and we are now proud to offer them for the first time for over 30 years!
